At Hakone Speed, all of our products are made to order — printed and shipped just for you. This helps us reduce waste and deliver exclusive drops that stay true to the culture.

Fulfillment Time

Orders are typically processed and printed within 2–5 business days.
Please note that fulfillment time may vary slightly during peak seasons or product launches.

Shipping Time

Once your item is printed, it ships directly from our print partner. Estimated shipping times are:

U.S. orders: 3–7 business days

International orders: 7–21 business days (may vary by location)

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Locations

Our products are fulfilled from multiple locations depending on the item and your region. This helps reduce delivery time and shipping costs when possible.

Delays

Hakone Speed and our print partners do our best to deliver on time, but once a package is in transit, delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
