At Hakone Speed, every product is made to order — just for you. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

Damaged Items or Manufacturing Errors

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’ve got your back. You’re eligible for a free replacement or full refund — just follow these steps:

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

Use our “Contact” form (https://hakonespeed.com/pages/contact-us) and include the reason you are contacting us.

• Be sure to take a clear photo of the damaged or faulty item, as we will need it to process any returns or refunds.
• If multiple items are affected, be sure to take a photo or video showing all items in one frame.

Hakone Speed is not responsible for errors in size selection, color selection, or buyer’s remorse. Be sure to double-check your order before confirming your purchase.
